The vision of The BSAIC Group is to extend our position towards becoming a leading innovator in organizational development and strategy consulting by streamlining processes, developing initiatives and interventions supported through evidence based research that will provide a foundation of valid and accurate information to clients in order to shift towards more successful organizational outcomes. 

The BSAIC Group was founded in 2011 by a group of Doctoral students looking to make change in their local communities. From the basic idea spawned a good response which forced the firm to move beyond local boundaries. The structure of the company is driven by high standards of integrity and professional practices with the intention not to be the dominant force in the small business consulting industry, but to shift organizations towards different means of responding to challenges. By incorporating a non-commission atmosphere, consultants are trained to enhance organizations not based on the bottom line, but as motivated individuals seeking to make greater strides in the world of business.
